What’s in Herbed Feta Dip with Pistachios
- extra-virgin olive oil
- shelled pistachio nuts
- feta cheese
- fresh dill, leaves only, rough chopped
- fresh cilantro leaves
garlic cloves - Greek yogurt
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt
How to Make Herbed Feta Dip with Pistachios
- Add olive oil and pistachios to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Pulse/Blend for about 1 minute.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the feta cheese, dill, cilantro, and garlic.
- Pulse/Blend for 1 minute. SCRAPE down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Pulse/Blend for a few seconds to combine.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning.

- 11 ounces feta cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh dill leaves only, rough chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro leaves only, rough chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- ADD olive oil and pistachios to the bowl of a food processor or blender. PULSE for about 1 minute. SCRAPE down the sides of the bowl.
