Perfect for your Next Lunch
These Chicken Caesar Wraps make a delicious lunch or dinner.
Chicken Caesar Wraps are a healthy lunch when I load them up with green veggies (romaine and spinach) and use whole grain wraps. But, if you want to kick these wraps up a notch or two in flavor and texture, add crumbled bacon and croutons.
Why It’s a Keeper
- First of all, the recipe is easy to make.
- The chicken is precooked. That means using a rotisserie chicken from the store (I love that ready-to-eat package of hand-pulled rotisserie chicken from Costco) or shredded chicken you made in the slow cooker.
- You can use your favorite bottled Caesar dressing for these wraps. But I would encourage you to try this super fresh homemade Caesar Salad Dressing. This Caesar Dressing is easy to make, especially if you have a handheld immersion blender. The recipe makes enough to store in the fridge for a few days to use on a green salad later in your week.
- Fresh parsley is one of the ingredients in Chicken Caesar Wraps. Parsley contains powerful antioxidants, which may help prevent or at least lower your risk of certain diseases, including cancer and heart disease.
- You can use flour tortillas, but this recipe works well with gluten-free wraps or whole-grain tortillas for a healthier spin.
- For added crunch and flavor, you can add crisp crumbled bacon and salad croutons. But these wraps taste delcious without these also.
What’s in Chicken Caesar Wraps
- precooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- creamy Caesar salad dressing, bottled or homemade
- minced fresh flat leaf parsley
- shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce
- salad croutons (optional)
- bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
How to Make Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Place cooked chicken in a medium skillet.
- Stir in the parsley, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
- Cook on medium-low heat until heated through.
- Spread a few tablespoons of chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, croutons, crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup Caesar Salad Dressing bottled or homemade
- 1/4 cup minced fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup salad croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
- additional shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions
For the Wraps
- In a medium skillet, PLACE cooked chicken, dressing, parsley, Parmesan, and pepper. COOK on medium-low heat until heated through.
- PLACE mixture on tortillas and TOP with lettuce, salad croutons, crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
